The Yacht Club area was the first section of Cape Coral to be developed in the 1960s. The Yacht Club area is located in Southeast Cape Coral and is bordered by Cape Coral parkway to the North, The Bimini Canal to the West and The Caloosahatchee River to the East and South This venerable neighborhood features an eclectic mix of vintage 1960s homes as well newer upscale luxury homes that have recently sprouted up in the area.

The Gold Coast is a section of Southeast Cape Coral that features direct sail boat access. The Gold Coast runs between Del Prado Boulevard and the Caloosahatchee River in the Southeast quadrant of Cape Coral between the Cape Coral Bridge and the Midpoint Bridge.

Cape Coral units that make up the Gold Coast include Unit 7, Unit 11, Unit 12, Unit 19 and Unit 20. A wide range of single-family homes and condos are available in the Gold Coast area. Gold Coast waterfront neighborhoods include: Everest,  Cornwallis and Palaco Grande, Savona and Beach.  

The area is anchored by two parks - Horton Park and Jayce Park which are both on the Caloosahatchee River. The Gold Coast is an ideal area to live if you need to commute to Fort Myers or need quick access I-75.
